Mondial Software’s Privacy Policy
Mondial Software is committed to protecting the privacy of your business and employees while providing you with the opportunity to receive products and services, which enhance your business activities.
This policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the ways in which we collect information from you when you use the service, and what we may use it for.
What Data Do We Collect From You
We collect data from you (“User Data”) in various ways
- when you register to use the Mondial Software services;
- during the course of your use of Mondial Software services, and those of third parties available through the service;
- when we request further information from you from time to time following on from registration: and
- when you enter one-off events such as surveys and competitions
Much of this data comprises business information. Some of it may comprise personal data about individuals, to which US and international data protection laws apply. This Privacy Policy describes Mondial Software’s approach to fulfilling its obligations under those data protection laws.
Our Use of User Data
We will use User Data we collect from you only in accordance with the following guidelines:
i. To provide the Mondial Software service to you
We will use User Data to provide and improve our business service to you, to enable our help desk to deal with any queries you have about our service, to notify you of any changes to our service or our General User Conditions, and to process payments.
ii. To send you information about our other products & services
From time to time, Mondial Software, or third parties acting on Mondial Software’s behalf, may wish to send you information about other products and services which we offer and we believe you may be interested in and we may use User Data for this purpose. If you decide now, or at any later time, that you do not wish to receive this information, please inform us by e-mail at security@mondialsoftware.com
iii. To generate and deal in aggregate data
Mondial Software may provide aggregated data about our users, sales patterns and related Mondial Software information, to reputable third parties on a commercial basis, but this data shall be in non-attributable form and will not enable any such third party to identify individual users or individual businesses.
iv. To provide data to third party providers
Mondial Software may pass User Data to third party providers of products and services through the service to enable them to provide them to you, and (where relevant) to facilitate billing. Mondial Software does not as such authorize such third parties to use your User Data to market its own products or services, but you may have given such consent as part of your direct relationship with the third party in question.
v. To the Mondial group of companies
Mondial Software may make User Data available to other members of the Mondial group of companies, either for the fulfillment of Mondial Software services, or to enable them to provide you with information about products or services which they believe would be of interest to you.
Our Use of User Data
While it is unlikely, Mondial Software may be required to disclose your User Data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements. We will use all reasonable endeavors to notify you before we do so, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.
No Commercial Disposal to Third Parties
Mondial Software shall not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make User Data commercially available to any third party, except as described above, or except with your prior permission.
Consent to Our Use
If you object to the use by https://mondialsoftware.com of your User Data in the manner described in section C above, please inform us by e-mail at security@mondialsoftware.com
Updating User Data Mondial Software Holds About You
You can change or update the User Data that Mondial Software holds about you at any time. You can do this by contacting us by email at security@mondialsoftware.com
Assent to Terms of Privacy Policy
By using the Mondial Software services you acknowledge that you have read the terms of this Privacy Policy and that you agree to use User Data for the purposes set out above. Mondial may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Mondial Software will notify you through the service of changes.
