Mondial Software Sales Executive

We are seeking a strong, motivated, resourceful sales executive to drive our go-to-market strategy, by helping expand our business and increase our customer base in this fast growing market. Your main duties will focus on driving adoption of our solution into the market by moving pre-qualified opportunities through the sales cycle to successful close and overseeing the hand-off to our Customer Success team.


Your Primary Responsibilities

As a sales professional, you will be in charge of driving new sales growth to expand Mondial’s customer base footprint in the market through:

  • Engaging with customers during the sales cycle to discuss service delivery,
  • Planning project engagements and agreeing required resources,
  • Actively managing and progressing the company’s pipeline of opportunities,
  • Recognizing and articulating the needs of prospective customers
  • Educating prospects about the Mondial solution and its value proposition,
  • Responding to requests for proposals
  • Managing the sales activities throughout the engagement cycle with prospects,
  • Undertaking demonstrations of the software to address and answer prospects
    requirements
  • Designing and delivering sales presentations,
  • Managing contracts and sales negotiations,
  • Closing deals and securing customers successful transition to our customer team


Expected results and deliverables

You would be expected to contribute to:

  • Growing Mondial’s customer base,
  • Meeting and/or exceeding quota on a quarterly and annual basis,
  • Learning Mondial’s value proposition and positioning.


Your Skills and Competencies

We would expect the successful candidate to offer the following attributes:

  • Absolute sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction,
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
  • Professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented,
  • Self-driven, motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision,
  • Able to work well within a team,
  • Proficient in common technology tools like Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, Zoom,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or similar,
  • Previous sales experience in the accounting, FinTech, ERP sectors a big plus,
  • Ability to communicate with C-level executives and senior business managers.
