The majority of our leadership team are certified public accountants or hold equivalent credentials, and have deep expertise in ERP software including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, Plex, Infor, Intuit Quickbooks, and more.
Mark Richardson
CEO and Founder
Mark has spent over 25 years as a senior ERP software executive bringing to market successful solutions from Epicor, Sage, SAP, Avalara, and Plex Systems.
A certified accountant from the United Kingdom (FCCA), he combines skills in accounting, corporate strategy, and product management. The Mondial CRx product is based on his direct knowledge of the difficulties for financial professionals worldwide in complying with ever-changing financial reporting requirements.
Jim Welch
CPO and Founder
Jim Welch is CPO and co-founder of Mondial Software and he oversees all aspects of the design, development, and deployment of Mondial.
Jim was the founder and developer of VersAccounts, a web-based ERP solution for small businesses operating in the global market. His background in developing this international-focused business solution has given him a very strong appreciation of the nuances of reporting challenges faced by financial professionals worldwide.
Pascal Van Dooren
Investor and Board Member
Pascal Van Dooren is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Galvanize. He has had a successful career as a technology industry executive, including most recently at Avalara where he oversaw marketing and revenue functions during a period of sustained growth and a very successful IPO, and prior to this, he was at Sage and Epicor.
Pascal brings extensive operational experience in executive management domestically and internationally as well as a strong background in direct and channel sales, marketing strategy, and execution in business solution providers and Saas-based organizations.
Kevin Riegelsberger
Investor and Board Member
Kevin has a 40-year track record of leading software companies to successful growth and profitability.
The original founder of what is today, Epicor, Kevin oversaw the company as it grew from a 7-person startup to a publicly-traded company with $400m in revenues.
He has had subsequent successes as CEO of CapitalStream and President/COO of Avalara, and today is a well-known and highly respected software and investment executive.
